A. Standard Condition:
Once a participant has successfully registered for the FPS2024 Conference and the payment has been made, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
B. Substitution of Original Registrant:
If the original registrant (paid registrant) is unable to attend due to medical condition or family emergency and wishes to nominate a replacement or alternative person to attend on his/her behalf, they need to provide a written application addressed to the Chairperson of the FPS2024 and to be submitted/ received latest by 15th July 2024, providing the reason for unavailability, details of the replacement person (same information to be provided, as listed in the main registration), for the Chairperson to consider & approve.
Once approved by the Chairperson / Conference Secretariat vide a reply email, the replacement person will be eligible to attend the FPS2024.
C. Hotel Booking
It must be remembered that the IPCA has secured advance booking discounted Hotel room rates from the Conference hotel, which exclusively includes Lunch & Dinner costs for each day of the booking. Hence, no refunds or cancellations will be processed for hotel bookings once payment has been received on the FPS2024 website.
