Exhibit booth payment terms – 100% of the total charges to be paid alongwith Exhibitor Application form confirmation. The exhibit booth space will be considered confirmed only on receipt of 100% of the charges towards the confirmed exhibit unit/s.
1. Exhibit booth inclusion – Foreign Exhibitor – a) 1 person Complementary Registration for FPS 2024; b) Additional Persons Registration – 10% Discount on the applicable FPS 2024 Conference Registration Rates per person; c) 1 person complementary Lunch coupon for 8th Aug & 9th Aug 2024; d) 1 additional Staff entry passes (restricted to Exhibit booth only & no complementary Lunch)
2. Accommodation Foreign Exhibitor – Exclusive discounted room rates at the Westin Hotel Powai Lake (venue) of US$ 250/- per night per room all inclusive upto 31st of March 2024, ie. inclusive of all Applicable taxes and also all 3 meals – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on buffet basis at designated location at the venue, is part of this exclusive rate. After 31st March 2024, the hotel room rates will be US$ 300/- per night per room all inclusive. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability at the time of payment.
3. Cancellation Policy – Please note, for all Exhibitor booth space confirmation, there will be no refund applicable in the event of any cancellation. Only for Foreign Exhibitors (registration as Foreign Exhibitor), in the event of India travel visa not being granted by the respective local Embassy & subject to requisite evidence of the same being provided to FPS 2024 Organising team received by us no later than 31st May 2024, 65% of the total exhibit booth space charges paid, will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the request for cancellation & refund.
